The Vegetable Problem

Watch a six-scene Robert-and-Leo comedy made with automatic video-book generation, illustrated characters, and spoken dialogue.

2 min read

Robert is the dad. Leo is his son. Max is the dog with a suspiciously healthy appetite. This short comedy turns a six-line script into a 9:16 portrait movie with illustrated characters and spoken dialogue.

The illustrated scene

The artwork instructions keep Robert in a blue shirt, Leo in a green T-shirt, and Max as a small tan dog. Each scene gives the intended speaker a short line and keeps their identity separate from the words they say.
