When something is broken
Troubleshooting
Fixes for the problems people actually hit: failed exports, purchases that don't unlock, missing projects, generation errors, and permission trouble.
These pages cover things that are broken rather than things that are unclear. If you are looking for how to use a feature, the help center is the right place.
Nothing here fixing it? Email support@doodledragon.app with your device model, your operating system version, the app version from Account, and what you were doing when it went wrong. That combination lets us reproduce almost anything.
Export problems
Why PDF and video exports fail, and how to fix the storage, backgrounding, and audio issues behind most of them.
Purchase problems
Fix a subscription that will not unlock, credits that have not appeared, and restore purchases after reinstalling or changing phone.
Missing projects
Where projects are stored, how to recover them from the trash, and what to do after reinstalling or changing phone.
Generation errors
What the different generation errors mean, when credits come back, and how to get a request through.
Permissions and devices
Grant or repair the permissions the app needs, and what still works if you refuse them.
